MENUS
First Course
Indulge in a delightful serving of ravioli, hand crafted in the QUINNS prep kitchen on Tavistock Rd. Stuffed with tender braised lamb breast, complemented by parsley root and a rich, smooth, ricotta. A perfect start to any dining experience.
Second Course
Prepare for the main event: a succulent ribeye steak, Scotch quality, cooked to perfection and served with a hint of fresh wasabi for a subtle kick, finished with a rich demi-glace and an array of well chosen, in season accompaniments.
Wine
As per usual, our friends at Davy's will be supplying the fine wine for the evening, so a quick thank you in advance to them for all the wonderful bottles we crack open.
