Over the course of an hour long meeting and a very open discussion, QUINN*S, as a team, are prepared to hedge it's bets and designate May 25th this year's edition of The Pink Stuff - the inaugural "welcome back to our menu, we missed you rosé" supperclub.

We're going to build the WHOLE night around everyones favourite summer juice..  the menu, the fun and of course, what you drink.

(Sun 5th May 10am - My god, we were about to publish this but having just proof-read,  believe or not, the worry is that we're not being clear enough. We'll just spell it out quickly.... This is going to be a supper ALL about Rosé, the pink type of wine. Cool. Lets continue..)

Just the one rule for this evening and it's a big one. No weather, no rosé. To be absolutely clear, if we feel the weather to be of quality inadequate for welcoming rosé back into our worlds for 2024, we're going to work tightly with our friend Sam the wine man at the Goldborne Deli & Wine store to acccomodate this potenial, last minute change, on the day (to white & red wine). The decison on the weather will of course be subjective, but that's why were professionals and you love coming to our evenings. 

In any case, lets assume the best (good way to live your life people) and crack on. 

Throughout the night, we'll be paring rosé with some of it's bestest friends, building a menu around the different rosé we'll have on offer:

Ribeye & accoutrements to follow

our house yuzu lemon tart to finish 

Lastly, QUINN*S has commissioned the design of a beautiful, 1/1, rosé fanboy item of clothing. This will be auctioned off towards the end.
