We are thrilled to announce our latest supperclub production, running until 28th March... Pubs & Dog Walks! The most beautifully, dastardly British activity this time of year. This will be a series of 8 typically stylish suppers from QUINNS, serving a four-course meal, that attempts to glorify and pay tribute to these two beautiful activities.

Pints of Guinness. Pints of Ale. Dogs taking mud baths. Mud baths! Burs in their fur. More beer and a sausage roll with some Colman's mustard. You gotta love it, aint ya luv?

Now, before we delve into the inspiration behind this supperclub (in detail), it's important to mention, for all those first-timers on this website, that this is about the food, the nosh, the ingredients, the dishes. Yes, we love playing with the experience (in this case, "Pubs and Dog Walks") but first and foremost this is about breaking bread. Really fucking good bread. You can find the menu for this supperclub series at the bottom of this page whilst, typical of a QUINNS Supperclub, the wine list will be available on the night.

Pubs & Dog Walks: A Perfect Combination

This series of suppers and the food, drink we'll be enjoying at them is all about celebrating the joys of life with our rugged, four-legged friends/beasts and the distinct, charming atmosphere of traditional, proper British pubs where the chatter is loud, the shooting party is one side of the bar, the young lad on his first date the other and some 30 somethings, suited up, straight from the city, in between, polishing Guinnesses and sharing stories. We have designed a menu and experience at these upcoming suppers that brings together the best of both worlds: the warmth of a cozy pub and the invigorating spirit of a refreshing, muddy dog walk, which without regularly experiencing either, I'm not sure you're even allowed to live here?

Our Inspiration

Our inspiration for these suppers and their four-course menu comes from the gorgeous & gorgeously ugly, old British pubs that have been a part of our lives for as long as we can remember. From aberdeen to Cornwall and every london boozer inbetween. Yes bloody, 'boozers'. WHAT A WORD. Pubs are a bastian, nay, foundation of the British music industry. FFS, the Rolling stones and the Beatles mapped out their careers in these smokey buildings. But first and foremost, these establishments, with their rich histories, beautifully average wine selection, PERFECT ambiance and spectacular sausage rolls have always been places where communities gather, stories are shared, and memories are made. We capture that essence everytime at QUINNS and thus wanted to devote an entire experience that directly pays homage to these beloved watering holes through a beautiful menu and a couple of considered, planned, special, moments throughout the night.

Join our Chef for a Dog Walk!

Though we'll be rounding of the supper, food & drinks first, we never view our supperclubs in isolation to the evening.... As part of the Pubs & Dog Walk supperclub series and the experience that comes with it, we invite you to join us for a delightful dog walk on the morning after every supper, led by our Chef, Piers. It’s the perfect way to shake off the indulgence of the night before and enjoy the great outdoors with fellow dog lovers whilst Piers updates you on all the interesting goings on in the hospitality world, answer a host a questions on what the industry is like and his top recommendations for the local area as we stroll through the park. BRING your furry friends along (put their coat on, if you must) and let’s make some wonderful memories together!
