Our menu and wine list, which are often not revealed until the day, are carefully curated to offer a unique dining experience that showcases fine ingredients sourced from reputable suppliers such as Davy's Wine, Smithfield Market, and Bethnal Green Fish Supplies. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the quality and freshness of the produce, ensuring a delightful, culinary evening for our guests.
From succulent cuts of meat to fresh seafood and vibrant vegetables, our menu celebrates the pure flavours and textures that these premium ingredients bring to the table. We don't plate dishes with 20 ingredients. We spend the day making the select ingredients, epic.
Wine! What fun this stuff is. We'll have a call early in the week with our supplier - explain what is likely to be on the menu, explain what labels some guests are particularly excited about and a few that QUINN*S are itching to taste - and they will impart their wisdom into delivering a hand picked load of wondrous wines on the morning of our event (alongside any extra bottles that'll be going in with the slow-cooking that day).
