We rarely go this simple with concepts but once you get your hands on some beautiful cuts of USDA beef, little else is needed. We roped in Aleix, THE charming, spanish sous of 310 to cook, ordered some great wine and closed the deal for a cute café on Tavistock piazza. Shall we dine?
